Welcome to the Woodside Priory School Belize Watershed & Marine Ecology 2006 weblog. Please check in to see what is new as we study a tropical watershed following the path of water from high in the mountains out to sea. From the Maya Mountain pine ridge, we will work our way through waterfalls, mangrove forests and brackish lagoons to Belize’s brilliant coastal zone and barrier reef ecosystem. We will learn how a tropical watershed functions by immersing ourselves in it!
